Support with the practical implementation of the requirements of the EU AI Act. Key areas include the identification and risk classification of AI systems, support with the development of internal AI policies, taking related data protection requirements into account, and imparting the AI literacy required.

Information Security
Support with the establishment and further development of information security management systems (ISMS). This includes analysing existing structures, identifying areas where action is required, and developing and implementing organisational and technical security measures, for example based on the BSI’s ‘Grundschutz’ framework.

IT Consultancy & Project Management
Design, planning and management of large-scale IT projects, with a focus on product management, requirements management and project management. Particular, long-standing experience in the web hosting, cloud and SaaS sectors, as well as in international migration and integration projects.

Extensive experience in product management and in the design and management of complex IT projects in the web hosting, cloud and SaaS sectors. This includes strategic product development, international migration projects and acting as Product Owner for major strategic projects.

International Experience
Several years of experience working in an international corporate environment, including product management for a leading telecommunications provider. Responsible for cloud services in several European markets, with extensive experience of collaborating with international teams, business partners and different business units.

Knowledge Transfer & Training
Extensive experience in adult education, as well as in the design and delivery of training courses, specialist talks and presentations. The ability to present complex technical, organisational and regulatory topics in an accessible manner for a range of audiences – from individual specialist departments right up to senior management.

Data Protection & Compliance
Working as an external data protection officer for small and medium-sized enterprises since 2018. In addition, extensive experience as a member of interdisciplinary advisory teams on data protection and compliance projects within corporate groups, as well as in the practical implementation of regulatory requirements, particularly in data protection and AI regulation.
